Physiotherapy

Experienced physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC).
I treat muscular injuries, aid post-operative recovery and help manage musculoskeletal and posture related problems. 
With exercises, massage and mobilisation, posture re-education and rehabilitation, I personalise every treatment to help improve your whole body – not just your injury.

Coaching

My personalised online training plans are a great opportunity for athletes — of any age and experience level — to boost their performance, with measurable improvements during each session. Individually tailored, your plan provides regular performance reviews, motivational coaching and feedback as you progress. So, whether you are going to run your first 5K or complete in an Ironman, I can help push your fitness forwards. Every run. Every swim. Every ride.

Pilates

Beginners, advanced or one-to-one, my Pilates classes offer a new and exciting approach to your sports training. Designed to improve quality of movement by stretching, strengthening and restoring the body’s natural balance, you will engage both the mind and body to develop postural control, to help improve your performance. 

I trained with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) – Pilates is a core element in my physio treatment and coaching plans.
